Server

The Server is responsible for taking care of guests by delivering exceptional customer service skills that include being friendly, team oriented, knowledgeable, and passionate. At all times, the Server is responsible for being attentive to guests needs, making them feel welcome, comfortable, and important. The Server reports to the Assistant and General Manager(s).

Prep Cook

As a prep cook, you are responsible for preparing and portioning as well as perform a variety of food preparation duties other than cooking, such as preparing cold foods and, slicing meat. But that’s just the technical stuff. We also want you to have a love of food and passion for creating the best guest experience.

Line Cook

The Line Cook is responsible for creating a dining experience while working with the Executive Chef, and Sous Chef to ensure quality of food menu items and upholding brand and safety standards.

Host

The Host presents a positive first impression of excellent service and high standards. The Host is responsible for opening the doors to greet guests and welcome them into the restaurant. They are also responsible for informing guests of wait times, monitoring the wait list, seating guests and saying goodbye to guests as they leave. At all times, the Host is responsible for being attentive to guests needs, making them feel welcome, comfortable, and important. The Host reports to the Assistant and General Manager(s).

Dishwasher

Each dishwasher’s primary objective is to provide a clean and safe kitchen area for our staff. Wash and clean tableware, pots, pans and cooking equipment. Keep the dish room and equipment clean and organized

Busser

Facilitate food service. Clean tables, remove dirty dishes, set tables; replenish supply of clean silverware, glassware, and dishes.

Bartender

As a Bartender, you must be friendly, outgoing and possess good communication skills. A guest’s dinner and/or bar experience should be equally enjoyable, and you play a major role in the overall picture. Remember,consistency is a key element in a positive experience. We achieve this by always following recipes. Your individual personality should shine through – use it to your advantage. You should be organized, able to think and act quickly and effectively while retaining self-composure. Be guest sensitive and possess a sense of timing. Take pride in personal appearance and show dedication to your job. Display integrity and honesty in all aspects of your employment.

Barback

The Barback will keep the beverage area clean and stocked at all times. Also assist the Bartender throughout their shift. Great barbacks are those that don’t need to be told or asked to get something. They are constantly aware of what’s on hand in the bar and what’s needed and get items before a bartender has time to run out. You should be organized, able to think and act quickly and effectively while retaining selfcomposure. Be guest sensitive and possess a sense of timing. Take pride in personal appearance and show dedication to your job. Display integrity and honesty in all aspects of your employment.
